Language
As the world is digitizing, everythings is stored as data, the computerknown language. It might happen some days later that our relics are all digitized and our language becomes codes. The symbols and seemingly ‘garbled texts’ are having their purpose. It is a language, recognisable, understandable and interpretable. The codes are the UTF-8 codes that could be first translated to chinese and then translated to other languages.

Ho Man Kei Ivy is an artist from Hong Kong. Through illustrations, paintings and photographs, she explores the environment around her and the connection between her inner reflection. She often compares herself to the plant Ivy, as an evergreen plant purchasing her wills eternally.
