As a member of Shared Campus, Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA), mainly with its graduate students from the International Master of Arts Program in Cultural and Creative Industries (IMCCI), hosted the first Critical Ecologies symposium in 2021—bringing together various academics, artists, and students interested in the agenda. Afterward, this artists’ book, EMBODYING LOCAL KNOWLEDGES is conceived and published. A concise account of the symposium, the book consists of nine booklets introducing and summarizing the two keynote speeches and the six panels of the event. The design concept of each booklet is elementally content related.
