Critical Ecologies is running since 2018 a teaching exchange between all Critical Ecologies partners. This teaching exchange allows all members to use existing curricula at each institution for embedding a variety of teaching units as well as courses dealing with relevant ecological issues. This way critical ecologies teaching connects to a huge diversity of studies at all SC Partners.
The courses focus on deepening of a set of creative practices crossing disciplinary boundaries for envisioning different ways of acting and being in the world in the wake of ecological crisis, as well as to raise questions of ecological awareness and "response-ability". Ecological concerns are dealt with between disciplines and cultures, and examined as well as negotiated in the local, regional, and global field. Thus, a dialogue between a diversity of cultural perspectives, and how they flow into our thinking and doing on this planet are at the heart these courses.
